Across the two prior UAP hearings held by Congress, witnesses included Ryan Graves, David Grusch and David Fravor (first hearing) and Adm. Tim Gallaudet ('Galidet' in transcript), Luis Elizondo ('Lou Alzando') and Michael Gold ('Mr. Gold') (second hearing).
I want to thank the people that came in our first hearing, Ryan Graves, David Grush, David Fraver, and in our second hearing, Admiral Galidet, Lou Alzando, and Mr. Gold.
Our check The official records list Ryan Graves, David Grusch and Commander David Fravor as witnesses at the 26 July 2023 hearing (Serial No. 118-53), and Rear Admiral Tim Gallaudet, Luis Elizondo, Michael Shellenberger and Michael Gold at the 13 November 2024 hearing. The garbled names resolve to these people, and the 2025 record prints Burlison's words as 'Admiral Gallaudet, Lou Elizondo, and Mr. Gold'. His list omits Shellenberger from the second hearing, which does not make the names he gave wrong.

A video dated October 30, 2024 shows an MQ-9 drone tracking an orb-like object off the coast of Yemen; a second MQ-9 fires a Hellfire missile at the object, which appears to be struck but continues moving with debris.
This video is of an MQ9 drone tracking an orb or this object off the coast of Yemen. You'll see that another MQ9 launched a Hellfire missile.
Our check The record confirms Burlison played a video he said was taken 30 October 2024, showing an MQ-9 tracking an object off Yemen and a second MQ-9's Hellfire striking it; he said it came to him from a whistleblower. No Department of Defense or CENTCOM record of such an engagement is public, the Pentagon declined to comment on the footage, and its date, provenance and chain of custody are unestablished. What the video shows (strike, deflection, debris) is the congressman's and witnesses' reading of it, not an official finding.
