China has established its own version of a UAP task force, and a number of countries have reported observations of unexplained airspace objects; the U.S. shares data with some allies and receives data from some (not all) foreign parties who have publicly reported such objects.

china has established its own version of a uap task force so clearly a number of countries have observations of things in the airspace that they can't identify

  • Unverified49:36Official document

Moultrie and Bray are not aware of any official DoD or DoD-contractor UAP-related program between the end of Project Blue Book and the start of AATIP, nor of any current contractual/programmatic technology effort on UAP beyond the Navy Task Force and the incoming new office.

i haven't seen other documented studies that have been done by dod in that regard... not aware of anything that's official that was done in between those two

  • Unverified1:01:49Unsourced

There is no established legal or regulatory deterrent for individuals or groups who spread unsubstantiated or manufactured UAP claims; Moultrie states DoD has no example of anyone held legally accountable for such misinformation.

i can't give you any examples where somebody's been legally held liable for putting something out there

  • Unverified1:08:58Unsourced

In the roughly three to four months before this hearing, the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense disclosed more information on UAP-related events than in the previous ten years combined.

just over the last three four months i think that the intelligence community and the national defense apparatus have disclosed more information on various events than it has probably see the previous 10 years

  • Unverified1:16:05Official document

DoD maintains a deconfliction process to check whether a reported UAP might actually be a secret/developmental U.S. ('blue-on-blue') platform, and states that in past reporting only 'one or two data points' may have leaked through without being deconflicted.

we're very conscious of the potential blue on blue issue or u.s on u.s and so we've established relationships with organizations and entities... to deconflict activities
