Our assessment
The most contested figure among the five checked in this batch. His underlying Army and DoD counterintelligence career is plausible and unopposed by any source found, but the specific credential his entire public career is built on, directing the Pentagon's UFO program, has been denied by name, on the record, by three different Pentagon spokespeople over several years, and an independent investigation found no documentary evidence for it, including in his own resignation letter. Internal emails complicate a flat 'he made it all up' reading, and a genuine US Senator vouched for him, so this is not resolved with certainty either way, but the burden of documented, specific, official denial is heavier here than for any other person in this batch, and his commercial success (bestselling book, documentary, speaking) depends on the disputed claim being true. Weight his UAP claims accordingly: as an advocate whose foundational credential is unverified and repeatedly, specifically denied by the institution he claims to have served.

UAP are real, advanced technologies not made by our government or any other government, and are monitoring sensitive US military installations globally; the US possesses UAP technologies, as do some adversaries.
Let me be clear, UAP are real. Advanced technologies not made by our government or any other government are monitoring sensitive military installations around the globe.

The government has run secret UAP crash-retrieval programs designed to identify and reverse-engineer alien craft.
Has the government conducted secret UAP crash retrieval programs? Yes or no? Yes. Were they designed to identify and reverse-engineer alien craft? Yes.

Government employees have been injured by UAP, placed on leave, and are receiving government compensation for those injuries, per documentation Elizondo says he has seen.
I've seen the documentation by the US government for several of these individuals who have sustained injuries as a result of a UAP incident.

Crew watch-standers on the USS Omaha, off Southern California within the last decade, observed a UAP with no observable exhaust or control surfaces that entered the water, exhibiting trans-medium travel.
What the watch standers on the bridge observed was a UAP... that had no observable exhaust or control surfaces... and then they saw it enter the water from the atmosphere.

UAP sightings have a longstanding, documented relationship with sensitive US military installations, nuclear-related equities, and Department of Energy sites, going back decades, and this information has been obfuscated from Congress.
There is certainly some sort of relationship between sensitive US military installations, also some of our nuclear equities and also some of our Department of Energy sites... there is a long historical record.

The Pentagon's public affairs office employs a professional psychological-operations officer as the sole point of contact for UAP media/public inquiries, who has provided misleading and false information to discredit the topic, has personally targeted Elizondo, and previously worked with AARO's former leadership, which was rewarded with increased funding despite this.
That individual was also working with former leadership of Arrow at the time as well, and we punish them by giving them multi-million dollars more than they asked for every year.

UAP performance includes accelerations in excess of 1,000 to 3,000 G's, compared to a roughly 9 G human tolerance limit and an F-16's roughly 17-18 G structural failure limit.
The vehicles we're talking about are performing in excess of 1,000, 2,000, 3,000 Gs.

A document approved for release by the DoD's Office of Pre-Publication Security Review states that Elizondo's predecessor program tried to collect UAP material of unknown origin from an aerospace contractor in the 1950s (identified by committee questioning as Bigelow Aerospace); a transfer to the government via Lockheed Martin was allegedly blocked, and reportedly involved the CIA, per journalist Christopher Sharp's reporting.
There was an aerospace contract company that requested to divest itself of the material that was collected in the 1950s... unfortunately that didn't actually occur.

The US government has possession of what were described to Elizondo as recovered biological material/bodies, though the alleged original collection predates his own government tenure (and his birth), and he is not qualified to assess it as a medical matter.
Was this described that we have possession of bodies? Yes. Yes, we have possession... the problem is the supposed collection of these biological samples occurred before my time, in fact before I was even born.

UAP presence over restricted US airspace constitutes a form of non-verbal communication of intent and capability, analogous to scrambling jets against a Russian reconnaissance aircraft, and UAP have the ability to interfere with US nuclear equities and nuclear readiness.
They have the ability to even interfere with our nuclear equities and our nuclear readiness.

The US works with foreign partners and allies on UAP-related intelligence, has publicly acknowledged (if not detailed) 'foreign material exploitation' programs, and assigns recovered material to contractors based on domain expertise (e.g., undersea propulsion work potentially going to General Dynamics).
We do have foreign material exploitation programs; that is something that is widely known. We do work with international partners and allies quite often.

UAP sightings cluster not only at Oak Ridge but also at the Savannah River Site and Los Alamos, and documentation on this has been submitted for the committee record; these sites are likely targeted because of the advanced R&D that originates there.
It's not just Oak Ridge, it's Savannah River Site, SRS, it's also Los Alamos. A lot of our sensitive R&D locations appear to be under some sort of surveillance and monitoring.

Executive-branch withholding of UAP information from Congress infringes on Congress's legislative and oversight responsibilities and 'may be the greatest issue of our time.'
This UAP issue may be the greatest issue of our time, and it's being hid from you.

Lou Elizondo's 2024 book 'Imminent' states that unidentified craft with technology beyond current human understanding have operated with impunity worldwide since at least World War II, are not made by humans, and that humanity is not the 'alpha species.'
These craft are not made by humans. Humanity is in fact not the only intelligent life in the universe and not the alpha species.
- Unverified
In the 'Age of Disclosure' trailer played at the talk's close, Lou Elizondo states that the withheld UAP information 'could change the trajectory for species' and calls for disclosure 'today' and 'tomorrow.'
We should have disclosure today. We should have disclosure tomorrow. The time has come.

The US government has investigated plasma-orb phenomena since the 1940s, when Allied WWII pilots reported them and coined the term 'Foo Fighters'.
It really started back in the 1940s during the height of World War II where Allied pilots often reported the phenomenon and gave them a name. They called them Foo Fighters.

In the tranche released before this one, a senior Director of National Intelligence (USIC) official and a helicopter pilot witnessed, for nearly 20 minutes, orbs interacting with their helicopter at a sensitive military installation.
A senior member of the Director of National Intelligence himself was sent on an investigation to a sensitive military installation. And he himself, along with the helicopter pilot, witnessed for nearly 20 minutes these orbs interacting with their helicopter.

While AARO was publicly telling Congress there was 'nothing to see here,' the CIA, FBI and Department of Defense were internally conducting their own UAP investigations with 'very interesting results.'
From the 2023 [AARO] was allegedly in charge of investigating UAP... while they were telling Congress nothing to see here, folks. Now we find out that the CIA, and particularly the FBI and the Department of Defense, did indeed conduct their own investigations and were actually fi
