Five separate UAP incidents occurred at Vandenberg AFB missile-defense sites between October 2003 and 2005, each witnessed by multiple personnel, documented, investigated and reported up the chain of command.
Between 2003 and 2005, five UAP incidents occurred at Vandenberg Air Force Base, home to the National Missile Defense Project.
Our check Nuccetelli's sworn oral and written testimony (9 Sept 2025) says five incidents occurred at Vandenberg between 14 October 2003 and 2005, each witnessed, documented and reported up the chain; Ryan Graves gave a secondhand account of the same October 2003 'red square' in the July 2023 hearing. No Air Force, AARO or FBI record of these events is public: the workbench's PURSUE file texts contain no 2003-2005 Vandenberg UAP record, and Nuccetelli himself told the task force that AARO could not locate the records and that no physical or electronic effects were logged. The claim rests on his testimony and the six witnesses he cites.

On the night of the Vandenberg Red Square event, security guards separately reported a massive triangular craft larger than a football field hovering silently for about 45 seconds over an entry-control point before departing at extreme speed.
five shaken witnesses who described a massive triangular craft larger than a football field that hovered silently for about 45 seconds
Our check This is Nuccetelli relaying what five guards told him; no incident report, radar log or other record of it is public, and the PURSUE texts hold nothing on it. His two sworn statements disagree on the shape: orally he said 'a massive triangular craft larger than a football field' hovering over the entry control point, while his written testimony for the same hearing says 'a massive rectangular craft, larger than a football field'. The shape detail in this claim therefore cannot be taken as settled even as a report of what was said.

In 2005, Nuccetelli personally observed a 30-foot-diameter sphere of light maneuver, vanish and reappear, eventually hovering roughly 200 feet above his house before accelerating away.
It was a 30-foot diameter sphere of light... it gently accelerated and traveled up and disappeared into the stars.

AARO informed Nuccetelli it could not locate Air Force police records of the Red Square incident because the Air Force destroys police records on a three-year schedule, per a FOIA response Nuccetelli holds.
I have a Freedom of Information Act from the Air Force that states clearly that they destroy all police records on a three-year schedule.
Our check The record confirms Nuccetelli testified that AARO told him at least twice it could not locate records because the Air Force had destroyed them, and that he holds an Air Force FOIA response saying police records are destroyed on a three-year schedule. The FOIA letter is not in the published record, and I could not open the current Air Force records disposition schedule for security forces records; older NARA-approved Air Force schedules listed some security police investigative records at three years, but those were superseded. Whether this specific retention rule applied to 2003 Vandenberg reports is not established.

None of the three military witnesses (Nuccetelli, Wiggins, Borland) is aware of any US or foreign technology capable of doing what the object in the Yemen drone video did (surviving a Hellfire strike and continuing to move).
Are you aware of anything in the government United States government arsenal that can split a Hellfire missile like this? No.

During the critical 2003-2005 Vandenberg missile-defense launches, up to 500 Air Force police officers guarded a single launch, and UAP incursions were witnessed by 40 to 100 personnel on duty at the same time during at least some encounters.
We had 500 Air Force police officers guarding the launch. 500 people. It was that critical.
