In summer 2012 at Langley AFB, Borland observed an approximately 100-foot equilateral-triangle craft, one to two stories thick, with four lights and a dark, metallic-flake, plasma-like surface; it interfered with his phone, produced no sound, and ascended to commercial-jet altitude within seconds with no visible kinetic disturbance; the whole event lasted about 15 minutes.

The craft itself was this black metallic flake paint, but on top of the craft was this gold lava, plasma, some type of fluid going over and around the craft.

Sometime after the 2012 sighting, Borland was exposed to classified information about the UAP legacy crash-retrieval program while holding a sensitive special-access-program position, and intelligence officers approached him with concerns about misconduct within those programs.

Since becoming a whistleblower in March 2023, Borland has faced clearance manipulation, blacklisting from intelligence-community employment, forged or removed employment records, workplace harassment, and a CI polygraph 'fishing' attempt about his ICIG complaint as recently as November 2024.

Manipulation of my security clearance by certain agencies blocking, delaying, and ultimately removing my ability to be employed within the IC.

Borland's Inspector General complaint was determined 'credible, not urgent,' according to his attorney's understanding, and he does not know whether the complaint is still active.

AARO's public statement that there is 'no scientific evidence of extraterrestrials' is technically true by AARO's own narrow definition of scientific proof (requiring travel to another planet to compare technology), but is a deliberate misrepresentation of the fuller truth, because 'we do have things.'

By that statement, AARO found no scientific evidence of extraterrestrials is basically... a misrepresentation of the full truth, because we do have things.

Whatever Borland saw at Langley AFB in 2012 involves the US government; this is his opinion both then and now.

Whatever you saw involves the US government. That is 100% my opinion then and now.
