On February 15, 2023, aboard USS Jackson off Southern California, a self-luminous tic-tac-shaped object emerged from the ocean, linked up with three similar objects, and all four then departed with high, synchronized, near-instantaneous acceleration, with no sonic boom, exhaust plume or control-surface articulation observed on the Sapphire EO/IR system; radar tracks dropped shortly after.
The four then disappeared simultaneously with a high, synchronized, near-instantaneous acceleration.

No government agency has debriefed Wiggins or his shipmates about the USS Jackson encounter since it occurred, and no formal after-action report was produced up the chain of command that he is aware of.
No one has, no ma'am... it didn't go further than just the watch standers that stood watch on the bridge.

The USS Jackson encounter lasted roughly 5 to 7 minutes from radar detection to the end of the recorded video; the object was first visually observed at roughly 7 to 8 nautical miles; it rose slowly from the horizon to about 3,000-4,000 feet before accelerating to roughly Mach 1-2 to rejoin the other objects.
probably about 5 to 7 minutes... I would say about seven nautical miles, seven to eight nautical miles.
