What was reported

The Sherman family, who bought the ranch in 1994, reported lights, cattle mutilations, large animals that bullets did not stop and poltergeist-like events; Robert Bigelow's NIDS bought it in 1996 and staff reported close to 100 incidents, and DIA's AAWSAP contractor BAASS later studied it, with reports of electromagnetic spikes and a 'hitchhiker' effect following investigators home. The investigators acknowledged difficulty obtaining publishable evidence, the site has been privately controlled, and events have not been repeated under independent observation. The AAWSAP material released through PURSUE contains nothing on the ranch.

A 1990s-era program (referred to in the transcript, likely mangled ASR for BAASS/AAWSAP) investigated ostensibly 'supernatural' phenomena at Skinwalker Ranch while being officially categorized as a different, aerospace-related set of investigations.

It was actually listed as a completely different set of investigations into aerospace when actually it was investigating supernatural going on at Skinwalker Ranch.
