What was reported
At about 10:30 a.m. farmer Edwin Fuhr, working with his swather, said he saw five dome-shaped metallic objects spinning about a foot above the ground beside a slough; his swather would not restart, and after about fifteen minutes they rose fast and silently, leaving a grey vapour. An RCMP report recorded five circles in the field matching his description and no sign that anyone had driven in to make them. No analysis established a cause; the Royal Canadian Mint commemorated the case on a coin in 2024.
