An eyewitness's iPhone 12 Pro video from March 2022, roughly 1920 local time, showing two bright red lights hovering near the horizon about 2,500 feet away. Per the blurb, both lights stayed largely stationary while the lower one slowly rotated relative to the upper one, from about a 6 o'clock to just past a 9 o'clock position, with no sound heard. The FBI again states it assesses the witness as highly credible and links this file to PR001, PR003, and FD-302s D004-D008.
