What was reported

FBI FD-302 recording a 2026 telephonic interview of the second witness present during the events described in FBI-UAP-D037. During area reconnaissance, this witness saw a red light at a mountain ridge crest begin moving east; roughly 15 minutes later, 6-10 more lights appeared directly overhead and 'synced up' with the first, all moving east/southeast together, with one descending roughly 1,000 feet before vanishing. The lights appeared as single points to the naked eye and through NODs, but resolved into multiple points on closer observation.

Why this rating Independent corroboration from a second witness (FBI-UAP-D037) of coordinated multi-light movement is notable, but the case remains visual/NOD-only with no independent sensor and no photo or video described here.
