What was reported

An FBI-produced digital artistic rendering/forensic sketch of the object described in FBI-UAP-D002, i.e. a visual interpretation of the same 2022 Cheyenne Mountain sighting derived directly from the witness's first-hand narrative. No independent text or new information accompanies the image itself beyond what FBI-UAP-D002 already documents.

Why this rating Not new evidence in itself -- a forensic-artist rendering of the FBI-UAP-D002 witness account -- so it carries the same evidentiary weight as that underlying single-witness (though multiply-corroborated-at-the-scene) description, no better and no worse.

FBI-UAP-D002, FD-1057, Unresolved UAP Report, Colorado Springs, 2022

FD-1057 electronic communication (July 2024) documenting a forensic-sketch interview of what is evidently the same Cheyenne Mountain witness as FBI-UAP-D001 (same unit, same location, same five-person group), conducted at 26 Federal Plaza, New York, with an FBI Operational Projects Unit forensic artist to produce a composite sketch. This account adds detail beyond the 2025 FD-302: the object is described as 'potato'-shaped with distinct edges, a creamy/whitish opalescent, somewhat translucent color with a slight shimmer, and a surface made of non-symmetrical, non-overlapping, irregularly shaped 'articulating fish scale' panels that shifted in slow waves from different origin points simultaneously while the object itself stayed still. After about two minutes it 'cloaked' in the time it took to turn one's head, with no shadow observed at any point.
