What was reported
An FBI Laboratory-produced composite: an actual site photograph with a rendered graphic overlay depicting corroborating eyewitness reports from a 1 September 2023 sighting, showing an ellipsoid, bronze-metallic object described as materializing out of a bright light and measuring 130-195 feet in length before disappearing instantaneously. This is the FBI's own visual synthesis of multiple witness accounts (see Serials 003-005) rather than a photograph of the object itself.

Why this rating The FBI itself judged the underlying witness accounts consistent enough to warrant an official forensic composite render, implying multiple independent, broadly corroborating eyewitnesses; still no instrumented sensor data (radar, photo, video) accompanies the sighting, so it stops short of strong.
