What was reported

Video released by AARO under the PURSUE program (release 2), uploader-titled "ADMINISTRATIVE REVISION: IIR 1777 J0032 22 Kazakhstan - UAP in the vicinity of Karaganda International Airport". AARO attributes the footage to a commercially available cellular device’s rear-facing camera in February 2022. The blurb's shot-by-shot description records an unresolved sensor track of an "area of contrast" over 00:00:17 of footage, with panning, zooming and mode changes but no resolved shape, size or performance data. AARO notes the media was digitally altered before it entered the record and is presented as received. A user first uploaded the file to a classified network in April 2023; the PURSUE release is its first appearance found in the open record.
