What was reported
Part of the same same-day, same-uploader cluster as PR060/PR061/PR062 ('vid 2' in the sequence), titled 'Spherical UAP', uploaded to a classified network in May 2024. AARO assesses it is likely from an FMV camera and infrared sensor on a US CENTCOM platform in 2021. The sensor tracks an object centrally for the first 49 seconds before panning away from it.

Why this rating Release 2 (unlike release 1's aircrew-submitted MISREP-paired videos): these files were found by AARO on a classified network after 8 House members requested access to 51 potentially UAP-related records on 6 March 2026; AARO states many of these materials lack a substantiated chain-of-custody. Uploader-supplied titles (often dramatic: 'instant acceleration', 'Cigar Shaped', 'erratic movement') are distinct from and not confirmed by AARO's own neutral video description. Fourth and last in the same-day cluster with PR060/PR061/PR062; short tracked segment (49 seconds of nearly 5 minutes of runtime) before the sensor deliberately pans away, suggesting the operator did not consider it significant enough to continue tracking.
