What was reported

Five seconds of FMV video, third of three clips from the same event as PR031/PR032 (mission report DOW-UAP-D032). Shows two semi-transparent, irregularly shaped orange areas overlaid on the background, each lasting under two seconds, again consistent with the mission report's own 'light/glare' characterization.

What officials concluded

Tentative explanation

Same mission report as PR031/PR032; aircrew assessed benign, judged not a lasing event, categorized physical state as Plasma.
