What was reported

Four minutes 57 seconds of infrared video, the second of two UAP contacts on the same NAVCENT-supporting sortie as PR026 (mission report DOW-UAP-D023), logged 41 minutes after the first contact. Structured fields again record the object as solid and benign, with an estimated 440 mph kinetic velocity; the video description notes the sensor repeatedly loses and reacquires the object due to its own motion, i.e. tracking-system behavior rather than necessarily the object's.

What officials concluded

Unresolved

Same structured-form pattern as PR026: benign, solid, no intelligent control, no advanced capabilities, no explanation of identity offered.

Why this rating Single infrared sensor, estimated (not measured) kinematics, no corroborating sensor, and the video's own description attributes apparent erratic motion to sensor panning rather than confirmed object behavior.

What the file claims

2
  • Unverified

The second contact's estimated kinetic velocity (440 mph) is higher than the first (320 mph) despite both being logged 'Estimated' rather than measured, on the same sortie 41 minutes apart.

  • Unverified

The video description attributes the repeated loss and reacquisition of the tracked object to the sensor's own erratic motion, not necessarily to the object's behavior.
